I need to get my rear bumper re-painted, and need a recommendation for a top notch painter in the East Bay; I live in Pleasant Hill. I won't use Cook's anymore, b/c the last two jobs were terrible.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi. You can try Baron von Frier in Berkeley. They replced and repainted the rear plastic bumper on my '98 Passat Wagon 5-6 years ago. The color was Nebbio Blue, a light metallic blue. The bumper was a perfect fit and the paint was a perfect match. It still looks that way.

if you dont mind the drive to the peninsula, Carlsen Porsche has a great body shop. Worked magic on my door when a Tacoma backed into me.

Smelvis,

I need some body work for mine. I search and found this posting. Carlsen Porsche, the dealership doesn't have a body shop. The one you used was it Mathew Carsen Body Works at Palo Alto?
