I know there are templates in the 911 and Boxster sections for the installation position of the rear logos but I can't find one for the Cayenne. My dealer says they eyeball it, I find it hard to believe that Porsche hasn't documented the logo placement in detail.

Does anyone have that information?

Thanks.

1. Marking the middle of the cover.

inset 1 - Apply an adhesive strip which can be written on with dimension A approximately in the center of the cover, parallel to the edge of the cover.

inset 2 - Determine the center between the outer edges of the cover and mark on the adhesive strip.

Step 2. Sticking on the logo.

inset 3 - Remove protective film.

inset 4 - Determine the center M between the outer edges of the license plate cover.

inset 5 - Align the logo using the adhesive tape marking and press it on firmly.

Distance from logo to edge of the cover A 85±1 mm. For all types

Loren,

That's great!

Do they give specifics for the S and Turbo variants of the logo?

Regards,

Mark
