2000 3.2S Fuel filter

Could someone please tell me were the fuel filter is located. I have had all the under panels off but cannot find it

Looking towards the front. Pretty much the middle of the car.

You need to get the PET ( Porsche parts program and data) and the 986 workshop manuals...it covers all the part locations and repairs.

The bottom of the car has 3 black plastic panels/covers, front to back.

In order to replace the filter you must remove the middle cover, and it sure helps to remove the rear cover.

This is not easy to do unless the car is on a lift. Or, you jack up one side of the car on your driveway high enough that you can get under the car and do the work.
