Yesterday when I went to start my 2005 S a message came up on the OBC saying "System Fault - Visit Workshop". Has anyone had this same message come up and if so what was the prognosis/solution? I called the dealer this morning and service said they had never seen this before. The car starts and runs fine, no Check Engine Light. The message goes away when you pull the OBC lever towards you. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I too had a similar experience when starting my 05 C2S after 4 months in winter storage. Same message, no CEL and the car is running fine.

Yes mine has been in storage too for the winter. Were you able to get rid of it permanently?

I've gotten this about 2 gallons into a tank that I've put fuel additive into

when you stored it did you put sta-bil in the fuel? if you did I'd expect it'd clear itself up once you run that tank down and put fresh fuel in it

Yes I did put Sta-Bil in to the tank before I put it away for the winter.

With my 05 C2S there was no stabilizer in the tank which was 3/4 full. I did top off the tank before restarting, the car started and ran fine and the message has not returned.

At the time I was suspicious that it was fuel related as well. The car was on a battery maintainer during storage.
