Hi - I have a problem where the CD stacker skips when the road gets only slightly bumpy. The CD player in the console work perfectly on the roughest of roads. Does anyone:

1. Have any suggestions on how to fix this.

2. Know who the manufacturer of the stacker is so that I can get it looked at?

Thanks,

Derek

There are round black plastic dials on each end of the changer with an arrow. Make sure the arrows are pointing up.

The changer is made by Becker.

Thanks - one was and one wasn't - I can't imagine how it got this way - I haven't test driven the car to see whether it makes a difference - do the arrows align the shock absorbing direction?
