Maybe loren or anyone else can help with this one. My car is 996 C2 2001 will a turbo boot lid & spoiler fit the opening on my car as have seen things about the openings being different on turbo model. If this is correct then how is it different I.E could i modify 1 to fit. Thanks

I can save you a great deal of time as I spent hours upon hours researching this. The Bootlid/ wing on a 996 Turbo coupe will also fit a 996 Turbo Cab and a 996 C4S Cab only. No narrow bodied coupes nor the C4S coupe can accept the Turob bootlid/ wing as the opening is far to small from the rear bumper to the upper valance panel (top boot on cabs). Hope this helps

Yes thanks for that. I spoke with a guy in Uk today , He says it can be done but the upper body panel below the window has to be taken out & a turbo one welded in., About 2" difference. Cheers. Thanks.

I found these on the web today. They don't move up and down but I think it looks good on the narrow body car. No affiliation with this company and I can't vouch for there craftmanship.
