TurboRearBumper Conversion

Finally got around to complete the Turbo/C4S rear bumper conversion on my 02 C2 Cab. Overall it turned out OK not a perfect fit but about 90%. At least it is all factory parts with the exception of some brackets I made to hold the bottom correctly to the heat shields.

Not bad overall....hard to tell from the small pics...but is one of the problems at the taillight area where there appears to be a raised corner?

And does the paint match? That last shot appears to show the bumper a bit lighter, but could be lighting.

Key is, are you happy with it?

Are the exhaust tips those from a C4S or TT?

Overall, I'm very satisfied with how it turned out. The paint job was done by the same painter that painted my RUF front bumper, he mixed extra as he knows I'll be doing the rear so it turned out perfect. The hardest step is to find out all the parts needed and that's why it took me so long. For the brackets I use 1" by 3/16" aluminum bar @ HOMEDEPOT. If I have to do it all over again it would probably take me around 5-6 hours top. My appreciation goes to JEFF @ SUNSET and DONCAPECOD for assisting with pictures.

I thought the rear bumper is too wide & needs to be cut & put back together w/ less width?

True, this is an unmodified TURBO bumber so it is wider then the body. My thought was doing the full widebody conversion in the near future that's why I didn't modify the bumber.
