Ok I'll keep that in mind, but I couldn't imagine it being to bad if anything as this company as most should have an arrangement for thier shipping. Atleast I would and do hope?!?

Used your link to check shipping on their website:

Just under $10 to Atlanta, GA area .... bringing total cost to about $28.00 delivered via UPS.

I hit up this site scrounging for misc parts and what not. This is the first thing I came across so I do not know what else they have but if this is legit then I think this is a really good deal for the porsche community to know about. LMK Jim

How often are you suppose to change your coolant? What's the normal going price for P coolant?

Thanks!

Does anyone know the Cayenne uses the same cooling as the Carrera? I couldn't find the information in my Cayenen manual.

I was quoted somewhere between 40 and 50$ for a gallon locally, IIRC.

But it's also the place where Bill has his 959 serviced...

Hey Loren/TP. I am interested in flushing my coolant and would like to know what the process is to fully pressurize the system and remove all the air. My father just picked up vacuum pump of some sort for a/c that seems like it would work great. I basically ended up draining all the fluid over the 4 times it took me to get the 3rd radiator stuff right, and I doubt my mix is ideal and am sure there is air in the system. Thanks! Sean

According to a mechanic I know the Cayenne always had the pink stuff. The 986/996 used the yellow stuff. When the 987/997 came out they had pink. Porsche now says to use pink on all the cars.

Hi:

After reading this thread, I checked my coolant level. I found it is low (below low level bar a lot), but the temp never goes up above 180-200. Should I add some in? Can I add pink directly in without flushing out yellow one? Thanks.

P.S. Never mind, I found the answer :D

Man now that just sucks, I was going to buy 3-4 gallons to complete a flush, and keep what I might of had left over. How does that happen???
