I have a 2000 911 Cab.. I got this code "1128" about two weeks ago and i cleared it. Unfortuanately its back any ideas on what i need to check. Is this a problem with the MAF? Any help on fixing this would be greatly appreciated thanks..

In short, there is a list of 6 or 7 items to check, most of them related to air leaks. Its not unusual to end up with MAF being replaced. Search on P1128 and you'll find everything you need.

Check for any vac. leaks. If there aren't any, its most likely the MAF. I had the same problem on my 01C2.

It might also be an oiled filament air filter. If you have one and its over-oiled you can have the oil separate from the filament and contaminate the MAF.
