So 2 weeks ago I had some trouble with the car not wanting to start you had to jiggle the switch and it would start. The odd thing is when it would not work only the airbag light comes on if it was going to work all the dash lights come on as normal and the car would start strong. Now it seems no matter what I do I cannot get the car to start now. I replaced the ignination switch less than 2 months ago and the key turns fine so I don't think that is the issue. Does anyone have an idea? Thanks

Does the car crank at all? I would check stuff related to the ignition switch such as the plug on the back and on top and maybe even the clutch switch.

This has happened to me a few times. If your floor mat or something else is preventing you from fully depressing the clutch, it won't start or even turn over. Could be that simple.

Ok I am really getting mad at this car. Just to make it easy Thanks for the helpful hints but I know the clutch is all the way in I have jumped the switch and the same problem is there. I turn the key and none of the warning lights come on except for the airbag light and the car does not even try to start. Also I have replaced the electrical switch for the ignition with in the last 2 month so I am pretty sure this is not the problem. The key goes in and out nice and easy and it also turns fine. Could this be the immobilizer gone bad? Any help would be great before I have to have the car flat bedded to the dealer. Thanks in advance.
