i was wondering who has the best price for 996 car cover and rubber stuff you put under the tire to avoid them from getting flat spot.

There are many types of car covers made from different materials. Prices vary, but so does the protection that the different types provide. What specific protection are you looking for...like are you going to keep it outside exposed to the elements or in a cold garage?

Re tires..you can inflate to 60lbs; buy tire slings; drive on to 4 piles of shop towels; or move the car a few inches every couple of weeks.

If you are buttoning up the car for the entire winter you should check into other items as well. I think a search on this list might provide additional information
