Ok everyone. I only saw one thread about the horn, but I understand from the dealer that this is a common problem in the early cars. My horn doesn't work at all, the button in the wheen is all flattened out. They say I need a new horn ring and to replace both horns, they say the horns probably shorted out when the horn ring collapsed. Anyhoo, it's to the tune of $600 for what they're telling me. It looks like the horn part in the other thread is easy to replace, or that I could do the fix with silicone. How do I pull open the steering wheel? Also, any advice on changing the actual horns would be appreciated (I plan to check this part first, then only change the horns if needed. I bet the fuse is blown, not the horns)
