Thanks, that was the code. I actually found the little grey card with the number on after I posted this. Annoyingly I haven't been able to locate the other car's. What do I do about getting the code for this one?

Yes, I think you need to read the Lost Radio Code FAQ.

I have waited for more than a day for the WAIT sign to disappear. After a day, I disconnected the battery in an attempt to reboot the radio. No luck. FAQ don't seem to address this.
