Porsche Cayenne Dead Battery, Theft alarm went off when manually opened the door

Hi Porsche Lovers,

 

I have Cayenne Base 2006 model. I didnt drive the vehicle for 6 weeks and battery is completely dead. When I manually opened the door with the key (since key fob is not working), it triggered the alarm. I put the key in Ignition and key is not coming out and stuck in ignition.

 

As soon as I start charging the battery, alarm starts so I am afraid for even jump starting. Since its parked on the street, it attracts many eyes from neighbors as soon as everyone hears the alarm.

I spoke to dealer and they said try to jump start but they said if that doesnt work then I need to drain the battery again and then have it towed over. 

 

Anyone has any recommendation? I appreciate it.

Some early Cayennes had two batteries - one under the drivers seat and one in the spare tire storage.

Do you have two batteries?

Yes. I have 2 batteries.
