Hi everyone, new to owning a Porsche, I have a '99 986 and while working on it I came across some lines. Can anyone help me identify what they are? Images below, thank you for all the help

The top picture is under the passenger side wheel lining, the other photo is right by the windshield wipers

The connector could be for the side marker light?

 

The rubber and clear hose is a vent for the battery. Since the battery is inside the car (front trunk) it needs a vent for the gases.

A compatible battery will have the proper vent hose connector.
