Im trying to get my 2000 2.7 Boxster back up and running after replacing the cam chain guides.  Its giving me the errors below. I replaced spark plugs in the process of the work.  And i replaced the coil.  Any thoughts?

Cylinder #5 is misfiring, try checking the electrical connector to the coil on that cylinder to see if it is seated; if it is fine, you may have a bad coil which you can test by moving it to another cylinder and seeing if the fault follows it.

Well I replaced the coil with a brand new one. The connection looks really good (no oil or dirt found). It still has the same error.

Problem solved. I went back in and pulled the spark plug.  Sure enough the prongs were bent touching the electrode.  I didn't inspect each plug as I was installing them.  Lesson learned.
