I've been doing alot of research and saw on the Carnewal website that they have the Porsche Sport Exhaust System and it has the bypass valve. This appeals to me because my wife I'm sure will not like a loud exhaust all the time.

Anyone out there have it or know of another exhaust that has a bypass valve like this?

I have a completely stock '01 Boxster that I just purchased a month ago.

Thanks!

I do not know of any other exhaust that has bypass valves like the Porsche one. This is done for noise limits in some countries. We have some local owners with it and it is set for loud all the time, but it is really not that loud if you ask me.

I have the PSE. Bought it afterward, so the bypass is defaulted to the "loud" setting.

Not too much different from the stock S muffler. Maybe a bit more sound in the lower rpm's.

Biggest change- it looks simply awesome. many compliments.
