These dash strips separate the upper and lower portions of the dash, running horizontally; the longest strip has the word 'airbag' molded into it.

Are there specific part numbers for these, by color? I am looking for aluminum look.

Aluminum look dash trim strips were part of option code E81 (alum. look pkg--large) and E82 (alum. look pkg--small) for '03 and '04 models.

They were also option code XCA (custom tailor/deviation), at least for '04 models.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Brian

There is a listing for them I think. I see them for XNY which is artic silver but then different part numners for XCA, which I guess is a different shade of silver.

The part number for the long piece with air bag word on it is 996 552 959 10. The codes next to the part number is LL/R03-. LL means it is for a left hand drive car. I assume R03- is for 2003 up. The next code next to the part number I gave is XCA.

Double check with your parts department.

To follow up on this for posterity, below are the part numbers for the 3-pc dash trim in aluminum look (exclusive option XCA), which is NOT arctic silver (close, but no cigar). Anyway, the numbers for LHD-vehicles are:

996.552.959.10 --passenger side, w/'AIRBAG'

996.552.996.12 --driver's side, left

996.552.998.14 --driver's side, right
