I had to replace the pump and rear hoses to the PDCC system on my 2011 Turbo.

I refilled it, started it, stopped, and topped off again.

The first drive produced the Chassis System Failure warning. I'm thinking it needed the bleed procedure, so I found someone with the Porsche diagnostic tool.

They had it go through the gyrations of the recalibration, and I was happy--for five minutes. The first corner upon leaving the shop delivered the failure message again.

Ideas?

I have a 2013 Porsche Cayenne S the hose just blew out on the PDCC system from the steering rack to the rear of the car it blew onto the exhaust at the left front side of the engine huge amounts of smoke I thought the car was on fire. My question is this: HOW is this not a dangerous issue and not being recalled by the NHSTA? these hoses are defective the ones wrapped in stainless steel this car only has 46,000 miles garage kept one owner car. In my humble opinion these hoses should be recalled and or Porsche should do a product campaign like the Vario cam bolts sheering off or the plastic coolant pipes you see where I am going here time to hold Porsches feet to the fire on issues like this and why do we have to have to have class action law suits to get Porsche to do something about these defects to a $90,000 car by the way I have over 42 years as a Porsche tech so I remember doing the head studs on the SC cars back in the day what a mess that was. I love Porsches been around them since 1958 back in Okland California. My dad Jim Cox was one of the first Porsche enthusiast in California way back in the early days so I grew up riding around all most of California in his 1954 Speedster here is a photo of the car it was originally a black car. Bruce Anderson always serviced my father's cars including his 64 Carrera and then it was me from 1977 forward who did all the work on all his cars that's me on the right. RIP dad and Tim gods got you both now.
