2008 Cayenne Window Regulator replacement problems

hey guys

I just replaced the window regulator on my 2008 Cayenne, and it was a PITA. With the new regulator riveted in place, the window moves up and down when the frame is out of the car. 

Put the frame back in the car and I can't seem to manually move the window. But maybe that's normal.

 

I have attached the window motor but it doesn't move the window much. It enganges and moves the cable a little, but stops, like its at the end of its run? Or is something obstructing it? Do I need to adjust something on the motor or the window regulator prior to installation? 

 

I'm a little stumped here.
