I've researched this topic for a while, and while I've made progress, I still haven't nailed down the exact problem.

This is a 2001 C2. Initial issue:  After winter storage, turned key to start and all lights dim then come back bright, but no cranking. Battery is good. I bypassed the clutch switch, and no luck. Swapped the Start Lock Relay with new part, and nothing. Bypassed the start lock relay with a jumper in place of the 87 and 30 pins on the relay, and turned the key to start and  the car cranked and ran just fine. Put the DME relay (that i know is working) from slot 1 into slot the start lock relay spot 7  and go back to the original problem. Same with the other 40A relays around it. Put the jumper back in, and it starts and runs.

A few things on the jumper. I've read where people only jumpered the relay without turning the key and the car started. This wasn't my case. The car will only start when turning the key, so this seems to eliminate the ignition switch IMO. Central locking works normally (from the door lock since the fob hasn't worked in a while), and because the car runs it seems like the immobilizer can be ruled out. There seems to be an issue with maybe whatever the start lock relay is grounding to, but even still I don't fully understand the entire circuit.

Has anyone seen this type of symptom, or have a good diagram that shows where the signal for the other two pins of that relay is going? Thanks in advance!
