Hello everyone.

Í am installing a double din radio replacing a single din which no longer works. Here's my problem I have all the power and ground connected and all the speaker connectors together. I'm getting sounds from the speakers like the beeping sound coming from the unit. I'm just not getting any music coming out. What an I missing here. PLEASE HELP

What year is your Boxster and what stock Porsche radio model number was in your car? Trying to determine if you had a Bose (fiber optic) or non-Bose audio system

non bose and 98 porsche boxster. Did not use wire harness jus connected them (previous owner had already had cut the factory harness off. Do i need to the RCA plugs cause i did not see one when taking out the old head unit.

I do hear beep sounds from the head unit going through speakers wouldn't that mean that amp is already connected. Also what is the blue/red and blue/brown wires for.
