Twas the night before Christmas- 996 stopped running- Low on fuel, then low on power, refueled and then it wouldn't hardly stay running. Codes

So there i was, cruising to my brothers for Christmas eve. Large family and I had the bourbon with me.  Cruising and low on fuel. The car started to drive slower. I thought that perhaps I had less fuel than I thought. Pulled over and topped off the fuel.  The car would barely start.  It wouldn't rev up at all, even in neutral.  Disconnected the MAF and it ran well enough to get back on the expressway, for about 2 miles, and then it completely stopped. Plugged the MAF back in and it would idle. Limped it home at a pulsing idle and grabbed my corvette.

Pulled codes and this is what I had:

P1511

P1120

P1121

P1122

P0102

P1133

P1126

P1601

P0638

P1120

P1121

Cleared codes and restarted.  The car has no power and still shows a P1514.

Where do I start?  It does have a cold air intake.  Could this be a bad MAF?

Suggestions?

P1514 is an idle air control valve fault (open circuit), normally a break in the wiring, a bad IAC valve, or a DME fault.

Using a multimeter, test across pins 1 and 3 of the valve, you should see 16-19 ohms, if you do not, the valve has to be replaced. If the resistance is correct, you need to start tracing and testing the wires back to the DME, specifically looking at the wire connected to pin 29, a voltmeter should see 0V between that pin and ground.  If battery voltage is detected, you need to check that wire length for chaffing or damage.
