Hello to you all Porsche gurus out there!

I'am new to this forum and hopning someone here can help me troubleshoot my Navi on my Cayenne.

Ok to start i've a Cayenne from 2007 with PCM 2.1 (not the Bose-soundsystem one).

And have had problems to get the navi to work correctly.

When the PCM starts up i get the screen. "System error: Amplifier, CD changer, phone not available"

When i press main + trip to find out which software / pcm version, i only get PCM 3.0, system software 3.0 no detailed info.

The Navi can sometimes start up and work (so its not a hardware issue). I Think someone before have tried to update the software and failed somehow.

My question is. Is there some other way you can get the detailed info about the pcm version in order to update it with correct update CDs level A, B or C?

Or do you guys have any tips on how to go further.
