PCM replaced and now PSM not working; rear spoiler not working. Also Cigarette lighter not working

Guys,

I just bought an 07 Boxster S with 67K miles on it. Prior owner has replaced the PCM with a Pioneer unit with Bluetooth. OBDII says the only fault on the car is PCM. However, the rear spoiler won't activate and the PSM button doesn't work and the seat heaters don't work. The cigarette lighter surround lights up but the plug doesn't heat up/pop back up and the plug has no power. Weirdly the 12V socket behind it in the console works. To make matters weirder still, I visited a tech that has the full Porsche PIWIS and he remotely activated the rear spoiler and got the seat heater lights to work even thought the seats didn't get hot. I actually don't care about the seat heaters but I do care about the PSM, rear spoiler and the power at the cigarette lighter. Any insights would be super appreciated. I did replace the dead pedal cover but the joy has dissipated.

Check the fuse for the cigarette lighter. That was the issue on my ‘06 Boxster.
