I bought my car in 2016 new and around 7-9 months later I complained to the service tech clerk of front tire noise and weird hesitation in my car. Their evaluation of my car was that they compared it to 2 of the same cars with a test drive and it was normal. So I continue to drive and now the issue is back stronger then ever! Now that I’m out of warranty they are telling me the transfer case needs replacing and it’s going to cost me  $5600😳

I’m just at a lost for words right now! Like really! I complained about the issue long ago and stop going to the dealer for service. The car is so bad I ended up going back to the service dealership and this was their reply “$5600 and it’s up there” Unbelievable!
I’m trying to complain to the PNA but they seem to not have a online form to register my complaint. After researching online the PNA should clearly recall the transfer case because this is a major issue.

Follow up with PNA and COMPLAIN we just replaced the TC on our 2017 Base Macan and were told the warranty on these 'KNOW defective' parts was pushed out to 2023.

I hope yours has been fixed...we just had ours replaced its back to 'normal'

Best of luck
