Hello!  I just purchased a 2001 Boxster S and the battery was replaced right before I picked it up.  The fuse was blown and now the radio is locked.  I will paste the model and serial number below.  I really appreciate that this thread exists as there are no dealerships near me.  Thank you in advance!

I'm sure these would have worked, but I'm afraid the units came out of storage, and we found that when we plugged them in, the pixels on the screens were broken. Could you please let me know the codes for a third unit:

Make: Becker

Type: CR 22

Model no: BE 4367

Serial no: X5018087

12 Volt

EC: 111

Part no: 996.645.121.00

The "Click here to donate" link on the Donations page doesn't appear to be working. When clicking on it, it simply refreshes the same page. Is there another way to make a donation?

Many thanks!

Sorry, a software update had turned Donations off. Fixed now.

Good morning all new member here, long time reader. I have a 2003 Porsche Cayenne Turbo with the original navigation unit in it. What I am wondering is my display on the radio is pretty poor. Lines through the display it just needs to be replaced. I have access to another radio just like mine from a 2004 Porsche Cayenne S. What I am wondering is is there an actual radio code that is needed? Or if I purchase this radio do I have the ability to literally just plug it into  my cayenne and it will work? Thank you in advance for any replies. I do appreciate all of the help

Sorry, you did not read the Lost Radio Code FAQ...

"CDR-23 (or later):
These radios do not have a security code - that is, not that the user enters.
These radios are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. The radios are programmed and recognized by the car’s DME and can only be replaced by a shop with a PST2 or PIWIS. These radios will not request a code when battery power is disconnected."
