Hi everyone, new to the forum. I just changed the battery in my 1999 996 Carrera 4 and now I need a PCM code that I don't have. Not sure what radio it has but it is am/fm/navagation with 6 disk changer in the bonnet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Didn't take the time to read the Lost Radio Code FAQ...

"Can you give me a code for my PCM?
These units are manufactured jointly by Siemens and Becker, and the only place where you can get the codes required is from the dealer/ OPC. The PCM’s require two codes, the ICS/Siemens code, and a Becker code. The ICS is the first code requested.
Sorry, the only place you can get a PCM code is from a dealer/ OPC."

I need more help I guess.  I've tried entering the 1046 at several points and nothing works.

The stations buttons are not numbered so I'm assuming that it's 1-9 and then 0.  Or does 0 come before 1?

At which point do I do the 1046?  What should be showing on the display when I press the station buttons?

Thank you so much, I really appreciate your help!
