Then chances are that your radio was repaired by someone other than Becker. The radio serial number changes with any repair and they did not use the Becker algorithm -- so I can not help you. Sorry.

It is the original radio. Can you try W5017627 (my original post had an “S” instead of a 5 after W.

I replaced the battery in my 2000 Porsche Boxster and lost my radio code.

Becker CDR22

Type: 4462

Serial #: 15075421

24/99

CD: 2081

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Loren,

Thank you very much!!  I asked the local Porsche dealer and he gave me two numbers...both were incorrect.  Thanks again

I guess after I just pulled my Becker CR-22 which has all the white sticker labels blank means I'll have trouble providing serial numbers..?

Unless they're inside? What the hell!

I've got a CDR-220 in a 996 911 C4 which I don't have the radio code for - had some work done on it during which the battery was disconnected. Below are the details for the radio:

Model #: 4462

Serial #: 15001649

Would really appreciate it if anyone can hook me up with the code. Thanks in advance!
