I am missing the code to my radio.  Any help would definitely be appreciated.

I'm Porsche newbie. graduated from Mercedes. I swapped out my batter on my 99 boxster and now i need a code. I've following a few threads and looks like i can get some hlep from you nice porsche owners. 

 

Here's the radio info i got.

Usually there are no spaces in serial numbers.

If your serial number is: V5004873

Try 6970

If your serial number is: V5004873  850276

I sure did. Was going to send picture of the ser # I grabbed from the radio after accessing the ser # menu area. but file size was to large. I def have the ser # correct. No worries though. Thanks for trying.

Well then chances are that your radio has been repaired by a 3rd party (not Becker).

In that case I am sorry I can not help.

I have the same problem, I wasn't aware of the unlock codes for the radio when I changed the battery.

Becker CDR - 22

Next time, I will keep the maintainer on the battery when I change it.
