Hi Loren.  I would really appreciate your help.  Had the code card so disconnected the radio. Turns out my card isn't for my radio.

Hi Loren,   really would appreciate your help mate.    Got an old 2000 911 Carrera and after an engine rebuild nobody can remember the code and cannot locate the card where it was recorded.

 

Using instructions I found on the net I can say it is a Becker

Model 4367

Serial Y5022093

 

Any help you can give would be much appreciated

Hello Loren,

I wasnt aware i would need a radio code when i changed my battery. My radio screen is going out but it think i managed to get the serial number.

You obviously did not read the Lost Radio Code FAQ - read this first

 

" CDR-23 (or later):
These radios do not have a security code - that is, not that the user enters.
These radios are security tested on the MOST (fiber optic bus) system to see if they are the "programmed" radio. The radios are programmed and recognized by the car’s DME and can only be replaced by a shop with a PST2 or PIWIS. These radios will not request a code when battery power is disconnected. "

I have the same problem, I wasn't aware of the unlock codes for the radio when I changed the battery.
