Thank you Loren! One reset approach that worked for me - car off, turn radio on and wait until it automatically turns off - then start car and turn on radio. Could be coincidence or a way to reset without driving for an hour.

I tried the code above, it did not work.  The model #3297 and serial# is V5009457 and is a CR-210.  I hope the model number may help a little more.
