Please check your serial number using the method in the Lost Radio Code FAQ - this one comes back as invalid S/N

The method mentioned in the link is what I used to get that serial number. I confirmed X5029187 is the correct number. Any suggestions with how I can acquire the code? Will I need to go to the manufacturer?

Sorry - when it come back as invalid S/N - there is nothing I can do.

You will need to contact Becker Autosound in your country.
