Hi Loren, first off thank you for helping so many of us out. I'm a newbie to the forum and just purchased my 2nd Porsche. I'm not currently in need of my code, however I looked through all my documents ect.... and NO code (UGH!). Here are the specifics:

I have a 986 with a Becker 1stereo with serial # X 5032010 . Can you please tell me the code? Also, I tried a code that was under the hood but it did not work and the display is reading "WAIT". How do I get to the "CODE" on the display"

Did you read the Lost Radio Code FAQ - it explains the "wait" message.
