I assume you used the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ to get your serial number? If you did not then please try that and re-post.

If you di then...

Chances are that your radio has been repaired by someone other than Becker. Whenever there is a repair the serial number changes and without knowing what the real serial number is - it's just a guessing game.

Hey, I just pulled my car out this year, and now the radio doesn’t work. I am looking for the code.
