Did you use the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ  to get the correct serial number (in the display)?

If not, please do so and re-submit the correct serial number.

my battery died today and I was stuck on the side of the road . Good now after roadside came out and replaced the batter but I have a 4 hour drive with no radio 😞

Hi Loren, I had pulled the radio to get it off the label.  I did try the Lost Radio Code FAQ procedure (thank you, that is much easier than pulling the unit).  The procedure did yield the same serial number as the label (thankfully).  So long story short, I tried the 4702 code again and for some reason it took it on the first try today...everything works.  Thank you, thank you thank you.
