Just purchased and dealer put a new battery in my 2002 996 C4.  Code is nowhere in the car and original manuals book where the card may have been located wasn't included with car.  Check of the boot and spare tire area was fruitless. CR220 Radio R15701835.  Can you help?

I get a WAIT on the display - what do I do?
You have to wait at least 30 minutes before trying again.

If you gave me the correct serial number that shows in the display when queried then it is likely that your radio has been repaired by a 3rd party (other than Becker). In that case I can not help you - perhaps Becker?
