Wow, my battery died on my 2002 Boxster and I changed it in less than one minute hoping that the radio has a capacitor that will hold the power.

Thanks a lot, I'll try your code once the WAIT message goes away. Does the engine need to be continuously ON for one full hour or the sum of all ON cycles going forward needs to be one hour ?

Hello Loren, seems you've helped many in the past. I hope you can help me.

Had my lock cylinder changed as it was broken. Guess the disconnected the battery and I can't find the radio code.

It's a 996, radio is a CDR 210, model 3297, serial W5024701.
