BLUF - It worked; many thanks to you!

Rest of the story... this was the code the seller had and I witnessed him type in, three times. That put it in the 'wait' state. after waiting and using the code, it worked like a dream. no idea what was different... It needed the code b/c of a recent alternator replacement. weird, as there is no doubt now the code was correct. thanks again.

All the info I have is in this picture, and my VIN is down below.

VIN: WP0AA0945GN456869

The radio did not come with the car, so it will not match my vin haha.
