Unfortunately, the zero button doesn't work on the radio. Is there an alternate code?

Sorry, no there is only one code.

There are some third party repair shops for these radios - or Becker North America.

Of course you might buy a used one also...

If you read the FAQ then you would know the radio code is specific to your radio's serial number.

Try 0538
