Going to have some work done that may involve disconnecting the battery, I think it maybe a good idea to have it just in case.

My serial number is WSO18669, thank you ahead of time. Oh, and it's a Becker CDR-210.

Try 9928

or

9926

Okay, I just recently disconnected the battery, and after reconnecting, I tried both of those and they don't work, perhaps my serial number is actually W5018669? Would that yield different results? The digital display makes it weird to decipher the serial number. Again, thanks in advance!

Hello Kojiro

Your serial number is showing as

unrecognised.

Please remove your stereo from the dash

and post the serial number printed on

the label or stamped on the metal casing.

Post the details here.

Cheers.

Edit:

Sent messege to friend regarding

SN provided, not showing on my system.

Friend reckons code should be 9513 for SN provided.

Failing that, previous comments apply.

Ok, those are two numbers that come up for me.

You can try add or subtract process mentioned in the FAQ or perhaps Bruce2010 has a number for you...

All these years, finally lost my radio card and a radio key set! The Becker 1 is Type 4462, Ser. No. 15063894, 24/99.

Where might I get a new key set, too?

I have a 2002 996 TT, Becker 1, 4462, sn. Y5043212. Installed a battery yesterday and get nothing but a WAIT message on the radio. The code that came with my car says 8291 but it didn't work.

Use code 8 2 9 4

Switch your ignition key to the 'ACC' position

'accessory position' where battery light shows

on dashboard.

Power up radio - leave undisturbed - without

touching any buttons. (Touching any buttons will

reset timer from beginning again)

The radio will reset allowing for another code

entry.

Refer to FAQ for further information.

And... let me know how you get on...

Cheers.
