Loren,

Thanks for getting me the codes. Unfortunately I tried the numbers and the -/+ 2 as suggested in the FAQ without any luck! Still very happy to have found RennTech and learning how to take care of my car.

Thanks again,

Matt

Loren, I know from the previous posts that the CDR23 doesn't have a user settable code but my question is if I disconnect the battery for any reason, say to change it out will the radio work when I reconnect the battery or do I need to take the car to a dealer?

Thanks

No, not if the radio worked before.

The only time it should need to be re-programmed is if the radio is replaced with a different one.

Loren,

The code did not work. Do you have any other idea. I tried a couple of times. It just goes back to the **** sign on the display.

PLEASE - read the FAQ.

How long do I have to wait before I can enter each of the 2 codes? It says wait but then after about 5 minutes goes to the **** screen.

I will try changing the code up 2 or down 2.
