Cool, I appreciate you being so generous and helpful with your software. I am sorry that my serial number and model didn't exist in your database. I apologize that replying to this thread with the codes I used(that you supplied) did not work, nor the further diagnostic report I provided were enough to help you. I will continue to enter codes into my radio and possibly help you to debug anyone elses future problems, including my own. Yes, according to your FAQ. I will have to contact my dealer. Thanks again.

Waited the hour and tried the 6466 and 6468 as well as 6464 again. Checked the serial number again and i have the right one. I forgot to add its a CR-220, my apologies! Any other ideas?

I tried 6464 and 6462 as well as 6460 like in the faq. After the next hour passes I will try 6466 and 6468. If I unplug the battery for a few minutes will it reset or do I leave the key in the on position and radio on wait status in order for it to reset?

Becker 1

Type: 4362

Serial: W5010266

Thank you.

Try 6464

or

6462

From the FAQ "I get a WAIT in the display - what do I do?

You have to wait 1 hour - with the radio on and ignition switch on (or the car running)."

Did you read the FAQ? I think not.

I was wondering if you could give me the code of this one that was in my garage, just in case the other doesn't work.

Thanks again.
