Thanks so much Loren! 4716 worked out for me. Looks like you are local. PM me your address and I'll send you a couple of Starbucks on me.

Thanks again,

Geoff

Thanks but I don't drink coffee (strange eh?).

Loren,

Sounds like you are the Man with the answers. I bought a 2001 911 with a Porsche Traffic Pro and "no code". This is the picture as you have recently seen in another post of mine. I tried turning the radio on and holding the TP button in. Nothing happened, screen still the same as picture, held it for a long time with nothing changing.Any suggestions?

A Traffic Pro is different than the radios in this thread.

The Traffic Pro Owners Manual tells you how to get the serial number. If you don have one you can download it here.

As I said your other post - you will need to get the code from a dealer/OPC or Becker.

Sorry for asking this question, It seems it's been asked so many times over, but I lost my code card and need a code for the porsche radio to work. I have the specs, it's for a 2001 boxster:

Becker 1

Type : 4462

Seri : y5053086

thanks Loren for the quick reply. I tried entering both numbers(0118,0116) and they don't seem to work. Just wondering if you have any other numbers I could try. Thanks again.

Code request, please. Recent purchase of a '98 C2S but it had an aftermarket radio. As a condition of sale, I told them to get me a radio that came with the car. They got one from a re-cycler but it doesn't have the code.
