2012 Cayenne Coolant Leak Can you Help me Identify this Part?

I have a 2012 Cayenne V6 Base, that has a slow coolant leak. It was leaking on the passenger side of the vehicle from the coolant flange (mentioned elsewhere in this forum) I replaced the flange and the o-ring and it appears to fix that leak, but I noticed it started leaking from the driver's side of the vehicle, when I looked for the leak it appears to be coming from a small square plastic box in the coolant lines on the rear drivers side of the engine... can anyone help me identify what this part is?

As a follow-up to my previous post, I've identified the part, its a water valve (Part#958-572-809-00). Does anyone have any tips on how to replace it. Looks like two clamps top and bottom and perhaps a vacuum line to regulate... Any guidance available on conducting the repair once the part arrives?

Based on the part picture it looks like you remove the two coolant lines and 1 vacuum line attached to it. You will then need to refill / replace any lost coolant. I have been told you must use a vacuum based coolant filler to re-add coolant on these cars.

 

I also use alldata diy and highly recommend it.
