Is anybody know how to set the date in PCM 2.1 (2008 Cayenne S)? The date display is not showing up anymore on the main display (blank). This is happened after replacing the main battery. I can set the time without issue but can't seem to find the menu to set the date (apart from selecting the date format).

My date stopped displaying late last year also (2008 Cayenne S).  Same thing happened to my wife's 2005 Carrera (older PCM version).  Both with satnav, which is where time and date come from.  Now my Cayenne also displays the wrong time at start up, but then corrects (presumably once the GPS updates the clock)

I have a Mobridge unit on the Cayenne for Bluetooth, but not on the Carrera, and both stopped displaying the date.  Is this a Porsche conspiracy to get everyone to upgrade to newer vehicles?

I have the exact same systems, even the clock at startup. It started when I replaced the battery and starter. Was wondering if that was related?

Exact same issue since replacing battery.  PCM 2.1 Correct time but date has not reset correctly and does not display.  Anyone found a fix for this?

The PCM on my Cayenne kept rebooting and eventually went dark. After removing the fuse for about 15 Minutes the system rebooted and worked fine but as soon as the car was on road the clock reset automatically to 1/11/2004 and the time reset 8 hours less than the correct time. If I reset the time the PCM starts to reboot every 5 minutes but with the incorrect time the PCM works fine and there is no way I am able to change the year and the date in the system? Has anyone figured out how to correct the date?
