option code question?

hi, scottish boxster owner here,can anybody tell me what option 030 'sport type running gear' actually means? and option 013 'sport technik package' means? i also have the C16 lux pack? and 490 sound pack?

Hallo

the code 030 means that you have the sport suspension installed. It's harder and the car is lower(10mm).

The Paket sport technik is an option the combines the 030 sport suspension 17" wheels and the traction control.

All these options could be ordered separately, except the sport suspension. If you wanted that suspension, you had to order paket sport technik. I think from model year 1999 the sport suspension became a separate option.

Option 490 is the sound package. Ordering that option you got additional speakers in the doors(bass boxes) and an amp in the front trunk, for a better sound.

C16? Must be something special for the UK. But I don't know what is part of that pack. In germany the wasn't such an potion available. Perhaps it's the ac and the electrical mirrors. Perhaps someone else can help with that one.
