Help please with my 1999 Boxster 2.5.  Here’s my situation.

•    From lock position, unlock latch, open and close switch pressed and works normal, top goes into compartment and clam shell closes as normal.
•    From open top and clamshell closed, when I press the button to close the top clamshell just close tighter and top will not raise.  In order for me to close it, I disassemble clamshell and remove rods and close top manually.
•    I’ve done this several times and same results.  Right now I have the rods removed so that I can open and close top manually.
•    Is this a convertible top relay problem?
