Suspension Heigth DTC1400

Hello guys

I am experiencing a problem with the Cayenne air Suspension. 

It is stuck in the upper level and wont let change ride height with controls or calibrate with durametric tool.

When scannng I get DTC P1400. Have already replaced compressor and valves Body. But no luck.

Also tryied to manually deflate front and rear axles with the scanner but it will not lower.

 

Any ideas where the problem can be?

If that is the only fault you have trying re-calibrating the suspension system.

I have the same issue also.  I agree that it needs re-calibrating, the issue is that part of the calibration is 'lowering the vehicle'.  My Cayenne errors out on this step because it does not lower.  All pressure holding valves are good.  I have replaced the compressor and valve block also.  Where does the air go on a '09 Cayenne when you lower the vehicle?  I'm assuming there must be a blockage at that point.  Is there an additional solenoid that is used to remove air from the system?  Thanks!
