Leaking AC system

Hi all, first time poster here. I recently purchased my first 911; a 2005 997 C2S. Engine has a 2007 number, black on black leather, LHD Tiptronic. I am in Taiwan, where manuals are extremely rare and extremely pricy (cheapest 997.1 with a manual I found was about $60K USD, next one up $75K for an idea). Servicing here as a non-Chinese speaker is also a major PITA, and the biggest challenge I'll have owning this vehicle.

 

Anyways, the car is fun but 3 days ago I noticed the passenger side carpet was wet. I have done a ton of searches, ruled out car wash/rain leaks and this morning armed with knowledge pulled down the panel under the glove compartment and started looking around. I found the "pipe" for lack of better words runs down the footwell and drains below. It was clear of all obstructions, original Porsche part, no cracks etc. The fitting seemed a tad loose, and when I was pulling it off a drop of water came out while it was still fitted. I'm not 100% sure if its the AC drain pipe or a drain pipe from the cowl. 

 

Anyways, I added a zip tie when putting it back just in case the leak was from the loose fit. With the carpet pulled up I started the car, ran the AC for 10 mins and no leaks. I poured a glass of water down the drains near the battery and it poured out the bottom right away. I even cleaned out the front sunroof drains from the bottom of the car while waiting around. I take the car for a 8 minute drive down the mountain and back. I check again and the drain pipe is wet. I get the flashlight out and there is a leak from the dash; not the pipe fitting. Water is dropping from the bottom of the car (just to the left of the front right tire) so I'm not confident it's a plugged drain, although it could be partially blocked and backing up. The pic below is the passenger footwell looking up. I've circled where the drip seems to be coming from and how it falls. To the right of the drip you can see the drain pipe I inspected and put back in. It was bone dry at the fitting.

 

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Would like to add a pic of where the water is coming out the bottom of the car. It's not coming from the drain pipe in the picture. It's coming from just inside the wheel well. Not really the closer to the middle of the car I was expecting.
